We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

This website is hosted by an external service provider acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. When you access the site, the hosting infrastructure automatically collects log data: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Log data is deleted or anonymised after a maximum of 30 days unless it is required as evidence of a security incident.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, type of inquiry, message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your inquiry. We delete the data once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law, up to 10 years) apply.
